Jelle Van den abbeele

After his engineering studies with specialization in electro-mechanics, Jelle Van den abbeele started working as a project engineer for maritime heavy lifting, both offshore and nearshore. He then gained experience at an international crane company where he supervised and organized maritime projects and shipments of his own equipment. From 2009 to 2024, he worked as a technical claims assessor at a leading survey company active in the nautical, industrial and rail sectors.

Since 2025, he has been part of the team at Naucom / Nautical Commission.
